We provide the support in career path development through involvement in the project execution processes as well as gaining experience in a team of professionals in an international company.
After completion of the programme, the best newly trained specialists are offered to join Mercury in order to further develop their career in our company.

Graduate Development Programme

Mercury Group organizes a periodic Graduate Development Programme, which is structured two years in duration, during which time graduates will have the opportunity to work in a series of interesting and varied roles within Poland and in other location(s) internationally. The training and development programme comprises of a combination of various activities as well as formal classroom based training sessions.
